FAQs

How Can I Make A Reservation?

Reservations may be made by calling the spa directly. We suggest that individual appointments be reserved two to three weeks in advance. We also suggest that all packages be reserved five to six weeks in advance to ensure requested services and times. Of course, last-minute reservations are based upon availability and can be made through our Spa Associates. “Like” us on facebook at www.facebook.com/EuroPhoriaMedicalPersonalSpa for last minute appointment availability. Our facilities are designed to accommodate our membership however, we love to have guests visit and have made days available during the week for guest appointments. A credit card number is required at the time you reserve your treatment(s). If you are interested in finding out more about our membership programs please feel free to ask our Spa Associates. On our Contact Us page you will find the times available for both Members and Guests to schedule your spa experience.

When Should I Arrive?

For your enhanced comfort and relaxation, we suggest that you arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled treatment. This will allow you to prepare for your spa treatment and relax in our tranquility area.

Who Can Guide Me in Choosing My Treatment?

Our Spa Concierge will help you plan the perfect experience, including the best order in which to enjoy your treatments.

What Should I Wear During My Appointment?

We will provide you with a robe and slippers to wear while visiting our spas and you will be assigned a locker to store your personal belongings. During your spa treatment, it is recommended that you experience body services without clothing. Our therapists are professionally trained and will ensure a level of comfort by appropriately draping areas of the body that are not a focus of the treatment. We require that swimming attire be worn in the infrared dry sauna and Venetian steam room.

What Should I Do About My Jewelry and Valuables?

We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage to personal articles and valuables during your visit and suggest that you leave your valuables at home, not in your locker.

What is the Cell Phone Etiquette?

To respect the wishes of all of our guests, we request that all cell phones are turned off during your visit. Cell phone use is not permitted in the spa.
