COVID-19 FIRST UPDATE

Dear Guests and Members,
As we navigate together through the COVID-19 health crisis, the thought of your safety and the safety of our staff is our number one priority. As you know, we have taken every possible precaution to limit the spread of this virus while keeping our doors open and services available. However, we have reached the conclusion that the BEST way to protect you- our valued customers and our community at large, is to close our doors temporarily with a re-open date set for Tuesday, April 7th, 2020.
This is a necessary decision that has NOT come easily, nor has been taken lightly. Rather, this is a choice that shows our dedication in responding to the call to action from our government to follow the public policies laid out from the CDC. We encourage and hope that each of us will do our part to protect those most at risk in our community. We are hopeful that our efforts, combined with those of other businesses and our fellow citizens, will help break the chain of transmission quickly.
Even though our doors will be closed for this short time, we will continue to work (at a safe distance J) in creating promotions and ways to pass along discounts to you during this statewide order to Shelter In Place. Many of you may not be aware, but as a small business, even when we are closed, we still carry many financial expenses. We are focusing all our efforts to be proactive and creative with upcoming promotions during this time in order to help cover our financial responsibilities. Although you won’t be able to purchase these specials in-store, we will be making options via email. Be on the lookout for these awesome opportunities and more details to come! There are going to be some offers you won’t want to miss! We will be using our website: www.Europhoria.com as well as our Instagram: @Europhoria_medspa to post updates, promotions, and all other announcements.
During this time, if you would like to put a temporary freeze on to your account, you may do so by emailing our customer service department at: [email protected]. Otherwise, you will continue to earn Euros for services. Our company will ensure that you will have a full 12 months to use those Euros once services are being provided again.
