Have you heard the good news?! Governor Newsom has finally announced that starting Friday, June 19th, 2020 we will be able to offer more of our Spa and Salon services at EuroPhoria (Brimhall & Calloway) and EuroTan Spa (Stockdale & Coffee). We are excited to be able to once again take your reservations for massages, nail services, facial treatments as well as waxing. However, we will NOT be able to offer the use of our infrared sauna, steam room, locker rooms, and tranquility areas at this time.
During the last few weeks we have been hard at work developing new safety protocols as well as training our staff in order to ensure that we are able to continue to provide you with amazing service and a safe environment. We take very seriously the health and safety of our employees, customers, suppliers, and the general public. For this reason and in accordance with the guidance from health leaders, EuroPro, Inc. and EuroPhoria Medical, Inc. are now implementing the following Health and Sanitation Guidelines for COVID-19 until further notice:
All of our team members will now be required to complete daily health screeners where they will be asked to report if they have experienced any known symptoms of COVID-19 in the past 24 hours as well as having their temperatures taken before entering our facilities. Anyone displaying a temperature over 100 F will not be allowed to work and will be directed to see appropriate medical care. All our staff will now be using masks and gloves while continuing frequent hand washing and liberal use of sanitizer throughout the day. Team members will now be required to be tested for COVID-19 every two weeks in an effort to help prevent the spread of the novel virus.
We are increasing the number of sanitation staff in order to keep our facilities safe. They will be diligent in wiping down and sanitizing all common surfaces and equipment using medical grade cleaning supplies in between clients. Team members will be able to maintain social distancing guidelines in all areas of our locations. We are also installing H-VAC systems in all of our locations that treat airborne contaminants with a “strong UV germicidal light that works to disrupt the DNA of any airborne contaminants to render them useless. This purification system will work to trap pollutants and actually can kill the contaminants and pathogens in the buildings” (https://www.servicechampions.net/blog/air-scrubber/).
- Making appointments
In order to help with maintaining social distancing in our reception areas, you will now only be able to schedule your appointments via text 661.437.3745 or phone call. When calling, please call the location you would like to make the appointment at: EuroPhoria Brimhall & Calloway 661.847.4772, EuroTan Spa Stockdale & Coffee 661.836.9951, EuroTan Olive & Coffee 661.588.5666.
If you choose to text, please include your first and last name, the service you would like to schedule, as well as your availability and which location you would like to visit. Also, if you would like to request a specific provider, please be sure to include that information as well. A team member will respond and assist you with your reservation. Forty-eight hours before your appointment, you will receive a reminder text that will include instructions on check in procedures and other important instructions for your specific treatment and location.

- Checking-In for services at EuroTan Spa & EuroPhoria
Protocols for checking in for your appointment upon arrival have been updated. Instead of checking in at the reception areas, you will now check in at a table outside of each location. Provide the team member with your first/last name, appointment time, & service. A team member will then take your temperature with a touch-less device and you will be required to fill out a health screening and consent form before receiving services. If you test with a temperature over 100 degrees F, you will need to reschedule your appointment in 2 weeks. You must follow social distancing of 6ft apart using the black tape on the floors inside & outside. We are also requiring clients to wear a mask prior to entering our facilities. Masks will not be provided at our facilities. Hand sanitizer will be offered in all of our locations for frequent use by staff and clients.
We are thrilled to be able to make this announcement and look forward to serving you during your next reservations! We will be unfreezing all accounts starting July 1st, 2020.
