HOW TO ENTER

1. PLAN YOUR SCARE

Pick your victim and come up with your most creative scare.

2. CATCH IT ON CAMERA

Film the scare and make sure we can see the victim’s full reaction.

3. POST IT

Post your scare video as a Reel on your public Instagram account.

4. TAG EUROPHORIA

You MUST tag @europhoria_medspa on the actual Reel and use #FrightPhoria2026.

5. FOLLOW US & LIKE THIS POST

Once your qualifying Reel is posted and properly tagged, you’re officially in the running!

Maximum 3 entries per person. Each entry must be a different scare/video.

👀 IMPORTANT: WE HAVE TO BE ABLE TO FIND YOUR ENTRY!

At the end of the contest, EuroPhoria will use our tagged Instagram posts to find qualifying FrightPhoria entries.

That means:

✓ Your Instagram account MUST be public
✓ @europhoria_medspa MUST be tagged on the actual Reel
✓ Your scare must be posted as a Reel
✓ Your video must show the scare and reaction
✓ You must follow all FrightPhoria entry requirements

Tagging us only in your Story, caption or sending the video through DM does not guarantee we will see your entry.

If your account is private, EuroPhoria is not properly tagged, or you do not complete all required entry steps, we may not be able to locate your entry and include it in voting. EuroPhoria is not responsible for entries that are missed or excluded because the entrant did not follow the entry requirements.

Once entries close, it’s time to find the BEST scare of FrightPhoria 2026.

Qualifying scares will be shared for voting on our stories on November 2nd, giving our community the chance to help determine the winner! The winner will be announced November 3rd.

TIPS FOR A WINNING SCARE 😈

Don't give us a little “boo.” Get creative!

Think costumes, props, unexpected setups, hiding places and reactions we’ll want to watch over and over again.

Just remember: keep it fun and keep it safe. Do not create dangerous situations, trespass, damage property, interfere with driving or operating equipment, or put yourself or anyone else at risk for a scare.
